THE BEST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE WHEN YOU NEED ANSWERS
Unlike many other private detective agencies, we NEVER utilize investigator trainees, college interns, law school students, on-duty or off-duty police officers or other unlicensed persons for assignments requiring licensed investigators due to state laws, possible conflict-of-interest issues, confidentially problems, job expertise and other legal and moral ramifications...Our staff has over 85 years of combined experience in the investigative profession.
ATTORNEYS ARE TRAINED TO LITIGATE,
PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS ARE TRAINED TO INVESTIGATE
There are many excellent attorneys in Los Angeles and despite their legal abilities, more often than not, have limited investigative skills.. So when it comes to your case, doesn’t it make sense to work directly with your own private investigator?. I strongly believe you will feel more confident knowing your “private situations” are being handled by our agency and not by a lawyer’s in-house investigator, paralegal, law student or sub-contract investigator of whom you know nothing about.. Besides, aren’t there some things that ought to be kept private?
CONFIDENTIAL MEANS CONFIDENTIAL
Throughout the years our agency has acquired many discriminating clients, who by their professions and/or high public profiles require the strictest of confidentially.. Unlike those so-called “celebrity private eyes”, we have voluntarily chosen to stay behind-the-scenes and work quietly for our clients.
Due to the obvious sensitive nature of our profession we do not feel it is appropriate to provide references.. Simply stated, we do not promote or divulge the names of present or former clients, nor do we author books or articles exposing their identities.. We also we do not place the names of present or former clients, including celebrity names and/or photographs on our web site, even when they offer graciously their permission.
We continuously strive to insure client anonymity by taking security measures such as NOT using gossiping answering services and physically securing ongoing-case-files at an undisclosed office location other than our public office on Camden Drive.. Clients have the option of receiving verbal and/or written reports and per their request, completed case files are either micro-shredded or vaulted at a high security document storage facility out-of-state.. Files are automatically destroyed after 2 years.
These security measures eliminates “leaks” from answering service personnel and renders useless the “surreptitious entry” of our offices to obtain case intelligence, as sometimes experienced by law firms who handle high-profile and/or high value cases.
